By using HeartRated ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use HeartRated. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You may use the App anonymously or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not impersonate others or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
You retain ownership of photos you submit. By submitting content, you grant HeartRated a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process your content within the App for scoring, leaderboards, and social features.

Scores are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes only. Scores are subjective, may vary, and do not represent any objective assessment. HeartRated makes no guarantees about score accuracy or consistency.
Hearts are virtual items purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Hearts have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
HeartRated Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly at the price displayed at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
HeartRated, its logo, design, and features are owned by HeartRated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
HeartRated is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or specific outcomes from using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeartRated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
