Account Data: When you use HeartRated, we create an anonymous account. If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier (no email or name unless you choose to share).
Photos: Photos you submit for scoring are uploaded to our servers for AI analysis and display in the app. We do not access your photo library beyond what you explicitly select.
Usage Data: We collect interaction data (votes, gifts, messages) to provide app features. We use Firebase Analytics for aggregated usage statistics.
We do not sell your personal data. Your photos and profile are visible to other HeartRated users within the app. We use the following third-party services:
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us or using the "Delete Account" option in the app.
HeartRated is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@heartrated.app.
We use Firebase security rules, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and server-side validation to protect your data. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage with access controls.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
